Vegan Sorbet

I have a major sweet tooth, luckily going vegan has limited the accessibility for desserts.

I’m not a big fan of bananas -unless they are very green. My mother insists on buying tons of bananas and eventually they become overly ripe and rather disgusting looking. At this point, I’ll usually slice them up and freeze them. Then, when I get a sweet craving …. this happens.

Ingredients:

  • Frozen banana
  • any you’d like frozen or fresh (mango, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, pineapple)
  • Ice 
How to do it:

  1. Take all of your ingredients and combine them in a blender. 
  2. Blend until you get the consistency that you’d like;
  3. Add toppings (trail mix, cacao nibs, coconut flakes, fresh fruit, agave, etc.)
  4. EAT
