Berry Muesli 

I don’t know about you, but I wake up so hungry most of the time. Whether I am heading to work or working out, I need something tasty and quick. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day and I like it to feel like a splurge.

On this particular morning, I decided that I wanted to cook my muesli. I cooked it with some water, thawed some blueberries and strawberries, and added some fresh banana at the end.

What are your favorite toppings for your muesli?

I found out recently, that cooked muesli might work better for athletes with morning workouts. I have a very sensitive stomach and cooking my oats/muesli has worked out better for me than my usual overnight oats.
